Cake filling machine

There are two models: 400 and 600, and two types of machines: standard and servo configuration. The whole machine is made of stainless steel and aluminum, which is easy to disassemble and clean. It features a touch screen and is controlled by PLC, with the ability to store dozens of programs. Servo control is used for filling and tray movement, ensuring precise filling and allowing for both fixed-point and displacement filling to produce various styles of products. The material roller is designed with circular gear-shaped teeth to effectively control the defoaming of the cake batter. According to customer requirements, a partitioned material cavity can be designed to improve the accuracy of batter dispensing. It comes with three sets of filling molds (full tray, 4-hole, 5-hole, 6-hole, or customized according to the customer's tray size). The tray size is 600*400mm.
