Rinsing part
1). Uploading and dropping barrels changed from 45 degree to translatory which is more stable.
2). Washing nozzles can insert into 10-15 cm of the barrel in order to rinse impurities down. Rinsing pump is separately controlled by PLC.
External Washing Machine
Using the dial wheel into the bucket, the two sides are respectively umbrella shaped vertical brush, the bottom is a flat brush, so that the empty bucket to reach the maximum brush brush contact scrub surface, effectively remove the dirt outside the bucket, and with bucket spray function, the water tank of the brush machine is divided into two groups, can use water purification or washing liquid.
Filling part
1). The washing bottle, filling, sealing are connecting with the thumbwheel card bottleneck transportation methods.

Auto capping Machine
It is driven by a geared motor and walks in a straight cycle. It is mainly composed of brackets, mounting base plates, transmission chains, conveyor belt connection components, and safety shields.
