It has features such as no filling without cups, automatic material and packaging material warning, and automatic fault shutdown. The product is suitable for aseptic filling of fresh milk and yogurt with high hygiene requirements. The milk filling machine can switch between various types of cups (bottles) with one-button servo motor operation. It features an automatic fruit meat online dynamic mixing filling system, using ultra-precision ceramic valves for filling with no sanitary dead corners (alternatively, German SED diaphragm valves can be used for control). The servo cylinder filling system has a CIP automatic cleaning function, and the equipment is equipped with an air filter dust hood to form an aseptic filling room. The automatic servo motor rotates 360 degrees for film placement (the advantage of 360-degree rotation film placement compared to the old pneumatic method is that it allows for a pause in the middle for UV lamp sterilization).
