This series is an upgraded version of the CFB series filling and sealing machines, with optimized and superior performance in sealing yield, trimming quality, food hygiene compliance, and electrical control. It is equipped with a complete set of safety protection devices and fault alarm indicators.

 

The heat sealing head adopts a pneumatic spring structure and floating self-balancing technology, and the transmission system is driven by a streamlined servo motor. The machine frame features an open structure for convenient and thorough cleaning, and the whole machine is made of full stainless steel, fully meeting the hygiene standards of GMP workshops.

 

The machine adopts modular temperature control, a PLC + rotary encoder control system, and is equipped with a touch screen to realize a user-friendly human-machine interface. All core supporting components of the machine are sourced from internationally renowned brands in Germany and Japan.
