The bubble-floated cleaning machine is a pretreatment equipment that uses the form of bubble-floated waves and combines it with high-pressure spray to clean and process fresh fruits and vegetables.
Core Functions and Technical Features
Excellent cleaning effect: Under the action of high-pressure water flow and strong air bubbles, fruits and vegetables are thoroughly broken up, tumbled, and washed in a wave-like motion. They are then pushed forward at a certain flow rate and volume by the air bubbles and strong water flow.
Resource-saving: The circulating water cleaning process is adopted. If the water level in the tank exceeds the water level line, the cleaning water will flow into the water tank through the filter screen at the overflow outlet and be reused by the water pump, thus saving resources.
Convenient maintenance: When changing water, the wastewater is directly discharged through the bottom drain. If there are impurities at the bottom of the tank, the screen plate inside the tank can be removed, and the two bubble tubes (with interfaces and removable) can be unscrewed. Then, impurities can be manually removed with tools.
Simple installation: Just place the machine body directly on a level ground. Leave appropriate maintenance space around it. If the ground is slightly uneven, adjust the bolts at the bottom of the machine body until the entire machine is level.
