I. Overview
The CG-1 type drying blower is a kind of blower designed and manufactured by our company according to the needs of beverage packaging production process, which is suitable for various bottle shapes.
Working principle: The drying blower is driven by a vortex air pump to generate pressure air, which forms a high-speed air curtain through the air outlet of the air knife, blowing off the water droplets on the bottle body, facilitating the bottle labeling (or sticking labels), coding and heat shrink film. It is currently an ideal auxiliary product for high-end beverage packaging production lines in China.
Features
A. High-speed air blown into the air channel causes a wind tunnel effect, enhancing and maintaining high wind speed, making it easier for moisture to be blown away.
B. The air generated by the vortex blower is warm air (able to increase by 10-20℃), which can enhance the drying effect.
C. The air channel can be conveniently adjusted according to the diameter and height of the bottle/can, improving efficiency and making adjustment easier.
D. Made of 304 stainless steel (meeting food hygiene requirements) for the air channel and various other accessories.
E. The vortex blower uses a domestic well-known brand.
