Equipment Features:
Continuous production of carbonated and non-carbonated mixed beverages
Fully automatic syrup mixing and stirring equipment
Two homogenizing stirring tanks are connected to the storage tanks of each syrup component through a feeding pipeline and a flow metering device in the middle.
The feeding of each syrup component is all hydraulically operated.
The syrup components are mixed by displacement pumps.
The production capacity and the ratio of water to syrup can be conveniently adjusted.
It can be directly connected to the existing storage tanks of each syrup component or standard transport barrels.
The advantages of the system:
The syrup mixing formation process is automated, which is very economical. Due to the adoption of a modular structure, multiple syrup components can be added. Thanks to the box structure and flange connection, it meets hygiene requirements. The equipment adopts a round steel frame structure, which complies with hygiene standards. The components of the equipment can be centrally sterilized during production (with a short product changeover time).
This machine is developed and manufactured by introducing Japanese technology. It is mainly used for the mixing and processing of various carbonated beverages, and can also be used for the mixing and processing of other types of beverages such as slurry drinks and fermented drinks.
1. Fully automatic with alarm. The pressure and liquid level in each tank of this machine are automatically regulated, and the entire production process is controlled by PLC. In case of any malfunction, it will automatically alarm and stop, and automatically restart after reset.
2. Easy to operate and adjust. This machine is particularly easy to operate. Just follow the prescribed procedures and turn the knobs in sequence to achieve normal operation. Without replacing any parts, the production capacity, water and syrup ratio, and carbonation level can be conveniently adjusted.
3. Uniform mixing and accurate proportioning. Due to the advanced one-time mixing process, the mixture is uniform. The ratio of water and syrup is strictly controlled by a metering needle valve with fine adjustment, with an accuracy of about 5%.
4. High carbonation level and top quality. This mixer uses vacuum deoxygenation at room temperature, with a deoxygenation rate of over 90%. It is also equipped with a plate heat exchanger to cool the sugar water mixture for secondary carbonation, resulting in a particularly high carbonation level.
