Bellows Seal Gate Valve

This Bellows Seal Gate Valve features a metal bellows barrier positioned between the fluid and the atmosphere, ensuring zero stem leakage. The bellows' lower end is welded to the stem, while the upper end is auto-roll-welded to the connecting plate. It incorporates a dual bellows plus packing seal and is 100% fugitive emission tested per ISO15848 Grade A. A built-in greasing nipple on the bonnet allows for direct lubrication of the stem, nut, and bushing. The valve is designed with a full bore, providing high flow and zero flow resistance. Large-bore versions utilize an elastic gate for reliable sealing.
