The PXGF filling series is specially designed for PET bottle beer production, with a capacity ranging from 5,000 to 36,000 bottles per hour for customer selection.
Equipment Features
- Adopts external long-tube mechanical valves. The air inside PET bottles is fully replaced with CO₂, which effectively reduces oxygen pickup.
- Equipped with liftable high-efficiency spray nozzles. It ensures thorough cleaning inside PET beer bottles while saving water consumption for bottle rinsing.
- Bottles are conveyed by full-stainless-steel bottle clamps. The main machine adopts direct connection technology between the air conveyor and the infeed star wheel. Meanwhile, all bottle transmission applies neck-handling technology. When changing bottle shapes with a fixed bottle mouth diameter, no replacement parts are required, greatly shortening the adjustment time for different bottle types.
- The liquid level and pressure of the filling tank are controlled by analog liquid level probes and precision regulating valves respectively.
- Fitted with a high-pressure defoaming device to minimize residual air in the bottle neck.
- The whole machine is equipped with a centralized lubrication system to realize automatic lubrication for all lubrication points, ensuring convenient operation and maintenance.
