The CNC Steamed Bun Making Machine is a device developed by our company for producing steamed buns. It comes in two feeding forms: single-hopper and double-hopper. The double hoppers can separately prepare meat fillings and vegetarian fillings to improve efficiency.
This machine adopts a humanized control panel and utilizes the carving mold jacquard forming principle. Both dough feeding and filling delivery are controlled by DC pulse width speed regulation, ensuring smooth and even filling delivery. The size of steamed buns and the filling-to-dough ratio are adjustable; products can be adjusted via frequency conversion within the range of 30–200g, and are formed in one go. The finished products have consistent appearance and size, with smooth and delicate surfaces, neat patterns, and a smooth taste.
The pinching block is made of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), which has a low friction coefficient, enabling effort-saving transmission. The machine features a simple and compact structure, and is convenient for maintenance, disassembly and cleaning.
