Technical features:
Bottle rinsing part: 32 heads
1) The rotating disc is all welded with stainless steel AISI304.
2) The company's original flip bottle clamp is used, and the bottle clamp clamps the bottleneck part, avoiding the possible contamination of the bottle mouth thread part by the rubber clamp on the traditional bottle clamp. The bottle clamp is made of stainless steel AISI304, which is hygienic and durable.
3) The bottle clamp of the bottle rinser is equipped with a high-efficiency spray nozzle, which can rinse any part of the inner wall of the bottle and save water for rinsing.
4) The power of the bottle rinser is transmitted by the transmission system in the frame through gears.
5) It is equipped with a bottle rinsing water recovery tank, pipeline and water pump.
The water inlet pipe of the rinser is equipped with a pressure gauge.
The rinser is equipped with a water tray to recycle the rinse water.
When rinsing bottles, the water volume for each bottle type is:
>90ml/s for 0.5/0.6L
>150ml/s for 1.25/1.5L
When there is a lack of bottles or the machine is shut down, the rinse water will be automatically stopped, and when the bottle is restored, the water will be automatically rinsed again.
Filling part: 32 heads
The filling machine is designed and manufactured by our company using German technology and the isobaric filling principle.
Structural features:
1.1 The filling valve adopts an isobaric built-in mechanical valve, which is fast and sensitive in filling and has high filling liquid level accuracy.
1.2 The centering guide adopts the guide rod type centering, and adopts the unique bottle mouth clamping technology to ensure the accurate sealing of the bottle mouth and the filling valve, reducing the leakage of materials from the bottle mouth.
1.3 The main drive adopts the gear drive instant opening combined drive, which has high efficiency, low noise, long life, convenient maintenance, and sufficient lubrication; grease can be automatically centralized lubricated; the frequency converter is used to control the speed of the main motor of the machine to achieve variable frequency stepless speed regulation.
1.4 The whole machine is automatically controlled, such as bottle or no bottle, cover or no cover, lubrication, etc. are all controlled by PLC.
1.5 The liquid level height of the material in the filling cylinder is controlled by the liquid level probe, and the stable liquid level makes the filling more reliable. The working status and parameters can be displayed on the control cabinet.
1.6 The key parts and electrical components of this machine are imported products.
capping part: 10 heads
The capping is magnetic capping, with overload protection function, and the capping torque is stable and reliable. There is no gnawing, high cap, crooked cap, and curling phenomenon in the capping. Imported motor reducer, 304 stainless steel cap bin, reduce secondary pollution to bottle caps, 304 stainless steel lower cap tank, cap bin and lower cap tank are equipped with electronic no-cap detection system, automatically control the running speed of the cap feeder and the whole machine. It can realize the functions of no cap feeding when there is no bottle, automatic shutdown when there is no cap under the lower cap, etc.
