1. BY-XGF-12-12-4 three-in-one filling machine

The BY-XGF-12-12-4 PET bottle pure water rinsing, filling, and capping machine incorporates advanced technologies from similar foreign products, resulting in stable performance, safety, and reliability.
1) This machine features a compact structure, a comprehensive control system, easy operation, and a high degree of automation.
2) The air conveyor duct is directly connected to the bottle feed wheel, eliminating the feed screw and conveyor chain, making bottle type changes simple and easy. After bottles enter the machine through the air conveyor duct, they are directly transported to the rinser for rinsing by the bottle feed wheel (holding the bottle neck).

Filling Step:

 ① Sterile Water Rinse

After entering the main machine, bottles are transported to the rinser via a star wheel. A bottle clamp grips the bottle mouth and tilts it 180° upward along the rinser guide, positioning it with the bottle mouth facing downward. In a specific area of the rinser (determined by the water distribution plate—rinse water is pumped into the distribution plate by the rinse pump and then distributed to the rinse clamps via 12 pipes), the rinse clamp nozzles spray sterile water to rinse the inner walls of the bottles. After rinsing and draining, the bottles are gripped by the bottle clamps and then tilted 180° downward along a guide rail, with the bottle mouth facing upward. The cleaned bottles are discharged from the rinser by a transition steel pulley (pure water rinse) and conveyed to the next process—filling.

② Filling

During filling, the bottles are lifted by pneumatic cylinders, providing high-speed, stable, and reliable operation. Compressed air is fed into the lifting cylinder through an air distributor. During operation, compressed air is injected into chamber A of the cylinder through an air inlet pipe, causing the cylinder to rise. The bottle mouth rises, pushing open the filling valve, and filling begins. When the set filling level is reached, the filling valve's return port is blocked by material, and filling is completed. The cylinder then descends under the action of the cam, and the air in chamber B is discharged through the vent screw.

③ Capping

After filling, the bottles enter the capping machine via a star wheel. The capping machine's anti-rotation blade grips the bottle neck and, together with the capping machine's external bottleneck guard, holds the bottle upright and prevents rotation. Driven by the capping machine's main shaft, the capping head revolves and rotates on its own axis. Driven by a cam, it grasps, applies, screws on, and removes the cap, completing the entire capping process.
The capping head utilizes a magnetic constant torque mechanism. As the capping head removes caps from the capping disc, the capping sleeve presses against the caps, aligning them and ensuring they are correctly positioned in the capping mold, ensuring capping quality. Once capping is complete, the capping head overcomes the magnetic force and slips, preventing damage to the bottle cap. Simultaneously, as the capping head rises, the capping rod ejects the cap from the capping mold.

Working Principle:

The cap sorter is equipped with a detection switch. When the number of bottle caps in the sorter reaches a certain level, the detection switch sends a signal, activating the cap feeder to deliver the caps.

3. Bottle cap online cleaning and disinfection machine

Equipment Overview

· The cap sterilizer is installed outside the sterile room. After being arranged by the capping machine, the caps enter the cap sterilizer, where they are rinsed with disinfectant and then with sterile water before being fed to the capping machine via a cage.

· A cap detection mechanism provides cap signals for controlling the start and stop of the cap elevator.
· Empty caps are continuously sprayed with disinfectant on the conveyor and disinfection guide rails. The angled nozzle design ensures that the disinfectant reaches every point inside the cap. The sterilized empty caps are then rinsed with sterile water.

This blow dryer overcomes the problems of traditional dryers, which often require brush wear and tear, frequent replacement, and prone to bottle tipping. It eliminates dust pollution caused by brushes and utilizes a Taiwan Gaorui blower, featuring automatic noise reduction, air purification, and enhanced pressure. This achieves optimal bottle drying and is suitable for use on medium- and high-speed bottled water production lines.
1. Applicable range: Bottle outer diameter: φ45mm to φ120mm, bottle height: 60mm to 300mm.
2. Excellent dehydration performance ensures that dehydrated bottles can be immediately labeled with various types of labels (paste and self-adhesive labels) regardless of season, ensuring secure, non-slip, and warping-resistant labels.
3. It ensures that bottles of all sizes and shapes are handled without tipping or jamming within the dehydrator, ensuring fast and reliable dehydration.
4. The exterior is enclosed in brushed stainless steel, with a panel at least 1.5mm thick, made of 304 stainless steel for an elegant appearance. The protective door is made of transparent tempered glass. 5. Domestically produced brand-name fans deliver high air volume and low noise.
6. The blow dryer's base is designed with anti-vibration pads and the frame features sound insulation, effectively reducing noise levels to ≤75 decibels at full load.
