This system is equipped with pretreatment devices before RO water inlet to filter out fine particles, suspended solids, colloids, free chlorine, low-molecular-weight organics, and trihalomethanes (THM) from raw water. This significantly reduces turbidity (NTU), ensures the effluent Silt Density Index (SDI), reduces odor and chroma in water, and meets the water quality requirements for membrane operation. Meanwhile, the security filter intercepts and removes particles larger than 5μm in water to prevent membrane clogging and damage.
The reverse osmosis device in the system adopts advanced polyamide composite membrane elements (TFC membrane) produced by DuPont (USA) as the core components. The salt rejection rate of a single membrane is ≥99.5%, and the system salt rejection rate is 97-99%. It can effectively remove suspended particles, organic colloids, organics, bacteria, viruses, pyrogens and other impurities in water. The stainless steel high-pressure pump is a product of NANFANGPUMP (a famous Chinese brand), featuring reliable and stable performance with low noise.
Jiahuan ozone series products are selected to kill bacteria breeding in the water tank, and keep water fresh and oxygen-rich for a long time. A stainless steel ozone mixing tower with deep-water aeration is used to mix ozone with purified water. The pure water pump of this system is NANFANGPUMP (a famous Chinese brand), serving as the final quality control equipment of the system. It is of vertical cylindrical structure with a built-in 0.2μm titanium metal filter element to remove bacterial residues, ensuring the purity of high-purity water in the water supply pipeline.
After normal operation for a period of time, reverse osmosis membrane elements may be contaminated by suspended solids or insoluble salts that may exist in the feed water, so a chemical cleaning system is equipped.
Adopts Mitsubishi (Japan) PLC (Human-Machine Interface) for full automatic control, and electrical components are from Schneider (France). Once the equipment is started, it enters automatic operation state, and the system operates under automatic protection. It automatically runs and shuts down according to the liquid level of the water tank. The reverse osmosis system is also equipped with multiple protection functions and automatic flushing procedures, making the entire system free of manual operation and ensuring 24/7 water supply.
