The high pressure vessel and its installation method are different from the normal sprial wound membrane element. which enables a higher concentration.
Strengthen Dialysis Mesh
When a pressure of more than 40Bar hits the normal spiral wound membrane. the permeated flow pass may be compacted & blocked.
The strengthen anti-compact dialysis mesh and its compressed light fiber structure would offer a more effective support and protection. it could bear a pressure drop of upto 90Bar.
Special Ladder type Flow Pass
The vertical mesh creates micro flow passes. and horizontal mesh leave space for the membrane. it eliminates the dead angle and creates a good turbulent flow, enables a high anti-pollution ability and a steadier performance, compare to normal spiral wound membrane.
