BIB200 Semi-Automatic Filling Machine
The BIB200 Bag-in-Box (BIB) Filling Machine is designed for filling 1L to 25L BIB bags. It supports BIB bags of various specifications and capacities, featuring flexible production, high automation and simple operation. It is applicable for filling liquid products such as water, fruit and vegetable juice, fruit pulp and chemical products.

- Equipped with touch screen and PLC automatic control system for intuitive and convenient operation.
- The bag opening, filling and cap sealing of BIB bags are completed automatically according to preset programs.
- Suitable for 1L to 25L BIB bags. The filling weight can be set freely to ensure flexible production.
- Custom filling clamps are available for BIB bags with different spout sizes.
- The machine frame is made of SUS304 stainless steel. All parts in contact with materials adopt 316L stainless steel, and the filling hoses comply with FDA standards.
- Adopts a unique CIP cleaning design with no dead corners during cleaning.
