The Composition of Fried Instant Noodle Production Line
The instant noodle production line is composed of brine mixer, brine measuring device, dual-axis mixer, ripen conveyor, new type rollers, multi layer water sealing steamer, square noodle cutting and dividing machine, fryer, cooling machine, conveyor and other unit machines.
The instant noodle production machinery utilizes traditional processing methods while incorporating numerous advanced technologies. The entire production line features a unique manufacturing process, an innovative design, safety and reliability, an aesthetically pleasing appearance, and a high degree of automation; it currently stands as one of the most advanced and eco-friendly complete sets of instant noodle production equipment available domestically.
The instant noodle machinery system comprises the following components: a salt-alkali water mixer, a salt-alkali water metering device, a dual-shaft multi-speed dough mixer (or a continuous dough mixer), a rotary disc dough aging machine (or a belt-type static aging machine), a compound rolling machine, a single-layer or multi-layer steaming machine, a cutting, folding, and arranging machine, a frying machine, a lever-type air cooling machine, a noodle distribution conveyor, an inspection conveyor, and an electrical control cabinet utilizing a PLC programmable controller for automated operation, among other devices.
Instant noodle machinery is categorized into square-block types (for bagged noodles) and round-block types (for cup/bowl noodles); multi-functional combination models capable of producing multiple shapes on a single machine are also available. The weight of each noodle block can be adjusted as required, ranging from 30g to 100g; equipment production capacity can be freely selected to range from 20,000 to 250,000 blocks per shift (8 hours); and the width of the dough-rolling rollers offers various optional specifications ranging from 200mm to 900mm.
Optional auxiliary equipment configurations can be freely selected to include flour sieving machines, flour conveying systems, dough sheet aging machines, frying oil filtration systems, air filters for the cooling process, seasoning packet dispensers, packaging machines, metal detectors/checkweighers, and carton packing machines, among others.
