Direct-cooling milk tanks are mainly used for cooling and storing fresh milk, and can also be used to cool and store other liquid materials. The refrigeration compressor unit adopts high-performance and energy-saving fully enclosed compressors and is equipped with reliable protectors, which will not burn out the motor due to overload or system failure. The tank wall adopts an advanced honeycomb Miller plate evaporator to directly exchange heat with milk for cooling.
2. The refrigeration unit adopts imported "Copeland" compressors from the United States, imported expansion valves and solenoid valves, and is equipped with reliable midpoint protectors, which will not burn out the compressor due to overload or system failure.
3. The tank body is made of SUS304 or 316 stainless steel, equipped with pressurized automatic rotating cleaning CIP spray heads and an automatic stirring device.
4. The insulation layer is made of polyurethane foam, which has excellent thermal insulation performance.
