The Alpha-S ROLL Automatic Tilt Optical Contact Angle Meter is independently developed, designed, and manufactured by Betop Science. It is equipped with an advanced high-resolution industrial camera paired with an LED cold light source, which captures high-definition images. These images are then processed and fitted through newly optimized software to obtain accurate test data.
The instrument uses a high-precision, high-torque stepping motor to drive the tilting mechanism, ensuring high stability during the measurement of high-precision tilt angles.
The entire process, from dispensing the liquid droplet to rotating the sample, is fully automated. The instrument can automatically capture images at the moment of roll-off and features an automatic locking function.
