Feeder upper feeding, lower discharge, can be connected to the assembly line to complete the produc- tion of water, the drying speed according to the product different frequency conversion adjustable, speed from200rpm to 1000 rpm to set freely; the motor and the spindle using direct-attached sealing connection, stable operation, no leakage, no dust, in line with export hygiene requirements, Each time the feed is 50-80kg, the cycle runs once adjustable, unlimited cyde operation, drying evenly, yield according to the product different2-3t/hours.

The fully automatic bucket dehydrator is a new product independently developed by our company. It utilizes a frequency converter (VFD) to fully automate the entire process from loading, drying, braking, and discharging. Material is fed from the top of the loader and discharged from the bucket. It can be connected to an assembly line for continuous production, eliminating heavy manual labor and reducing production costs. The dehydration speed is adjustable from 300 to 900 rpm, depending on the product. The motor and spindle utilize a direct, sealed connection, ensuring stable operation, leak-free operation, and dust-free operation, meeting export hygiene requirements. The machine can handle a 30kg loading capacity and has an adjustable cycle time. It operates in unlimited cycles for uniform dehydration.
Applications: 1. For dehydrating and drying vegetables and fruits, such as sliced garlic, shredded onions, diced radishes, cabbage, green and red bell peppers, diced shallots, jujubes, mushrooms, kelp, tea leaves, chili peppers, dates, raisins, and dried apricots. 2- Applied to other foods: such as: washing and drying of various grains such as rice, wheat, sorghum rice, millet, mung beans, etc.; washing and drying of brown sugar, white sugar, rock sugar; dehydration of tofu dregs, deoiling and dehydration of kitchen waste, and other solid-liquid separation of foods.
