The B2000 automatic double-sided labeling machine, also known as an automatic front and back labeling machine, is used for flat and oval packaging; suitable for objects with a thickness ≤120 mm and a height of 40-400 mm.
The B2000 automatic double-sided labeling machine features:
- User-friendly touchscreen: Simple and intuitive operation, comprehensive functions, and rich online help capabilities;
- Labeling principle: Designed for irregular surfaces such as flat and square bottles, as well as curved bottles, to ensure labeling accuracy and effect;
- Double-sided chain belt correction device ensures centering of flat and square bottles; special elastic top pressure device ensures bottle stability;
- Combined labeling machine with wide applicability: Simple adjustments allow for switching between double-sided and circumferential labeling;
- Optional photoelectric sensor for transparent labels improves detection accuracy;
- Labeling parameter storage function (up to 20 preset labeling parameters, no need to reset when changing bottles);
- Optional configuration including a coding machine, simultaneously completing coding and labeling, and providing alerts on printing equipment status;
- Can be used as a standalone unit or in a multi-line system;
