It is used for automated batch cooling of high-temperature foods. The vacuum cooling with intelligent control gives a customized cooling technology to ensure plump rice grains and distinct wrapper and stuffing of wheaten foods, avoiding dry and hard or sticky textures. The original “Breathing Massage” technology makes bright and plump appearance, fluffy and even tissue of bakery foods, avoiding surface oxidation and collapse & shrinkage. Protection grade is IP69K.
