The quail egg boiled egg peeling production line is a quail egg automatic boiled egg peeling production line that our company learns from Taiwan and Japanese technology, and is improved according to the actual needs of domestic manufacturers. Production line set quail eggs pre-warm soak, enhance the delivery, spiral boiled eggs, low temperature cooling, crushed shell,shelling, selected transport as a whole. Fresh eggs for pre-warm soaking after cooking, cooked eggs and then quickly cooled shell after shelling.

Working Process:

1. Pre-heating delivery
Put the quail egg,Soak and transfer the preserved eggs to the boiled egg machine.
2.Boiled egg
Steam boiled eggs and spiral delivery to the cooling tank,to ensure that the egg yolk is not easy to eccentric.
3.Cooling
The cooked quail egg are quickly and conveyed to crushed hulls
4.Broken shells
After the quail eggs are cooled,they are crushed.
5. Shelling
The egg after the shell is shucking
6.Select and delivery
To make a manual selection of quail eggs,The crust is delivered to the dustbin.
