Automatic Bagging Machine
a) It is driven by a gear motor with linear circular operation. It is mainly composed of a bracket, an installation base plate, a transmission chain, a conveyor belt connection assembly, a safety protection plate and other parts.
b) After the heat shrink film process is completed, the barrels are conveyed to the inlet of the barrel lifting machine tunnel by the conveyor belt. The tensioned ABS chain belt clamps the lower end of the barrel neck without the need for electric eye positioning and distance measurement. The barrels move linearly with their bottoms suspended. The film feeding mechanism sleeves the packaging film around the barrels, and the film sealing servo motor drives the heating cutter to cut and seal the film, completing the bagging action. Then the barrels are sent out by the conveyor belt to enter the next process.
c) The machine can work continuously with simple operation, easy installation and convenient maintenance.
