Sterile Water Preparation Unit
Function Description:
The sterile water preparation unit is an auxiliary equipment for the sterile cold filling production line of Kaisi Company. It consists of multiple plate heat exchangers, tube heat exchangers, material balance system, material addition system, material cooling system and steam system, etc. It prepares sterile water by using ultra-high temperature instantaneous sterilization method, mainly supplying the bottle rinsing machine and the rinsing of the inner and outer surfaces of the bottles, the rinsing of the bottle mouth before capping by the capping machine, the rinsing of bottle caps and the foam cleaning machine, etc.
Functional Features:
1) Hygienic construction - All components in contact with fluids are made of high-quality stainless steel.
2) Simple operation - The system is centrally controlled by PLC, and all process detections can be displayed on the touch screen. Operators only need to set parameters on the touch screen and monitor the stability of the system operation through the data detection system on the touch screen.
3) Easy power adjustment - The production flow can be easily adjusted without replacing components.
4) CIP cleaning and hot water SIP sterilization - The equipment is made of heat-resistant components and can be cleaned and disinfected with hot water and specified chemical solutions.
5) Constant system flow and temperature - The production volume of the system remains unchanged during operation regardless of the usage of subsequent equipment, ensuring the stability of the flow and temperature within the system and guaranteeing the sterilization effect.
