3. Aseptic air filtration and pressure preparation system - Ensures a positive pressure at the top of the balance tank, ensuring the safety of aseptic equipment and improving the CIP cleaning effect.
System Features:
1. Hygienic construction - All components in contact with fluids are made of high-quality stainless steel.
2. CIP cleaning and pure steam SIP sterilization - The equipment is composed of heat-resistant components and can be cleaned and sterilized with steam, hot water, and specified chemicals.
3. Aseptic balance tank system production safety - During production, the upper space of the aseptic balance tank always maintains a stable positive pressure requirement. The gas used for pressure preparation in the aseptic tank is filtered through a sterile filter to minimize the impact of gas on production safety and enhance production safety. During CIP cleaning and SIP sterilization, all pipelines can be cleaned and sterilized through the equipped sterile valve array, leaving no dead spots.
4. Simple operation - The system is centrally controlled by PLC, and all process detections can be displayed on the touch screen. Operators only need to set parameters on the touch screen and monitor the stability of the system operation through the data detection system on the touch screen.
