2. Equipment Components:
2.1 Main structure:
2.1.1 Frame and protective parts are the support of the whole machine, with enough strength and stability, table and protective door are made of stainless steel.
2.1.2 The transmission system includes a bottle feeding screw, a bottle flushing system, a juice filling system, and a bottle sealing system.
2.1.3 Bottle flushing system: This mechanism includes water pan, water distribution tray device, rotating tray, elevated and waterway, bottle clamp device, etc. This part mainly completes the processes of bottle-flushing, water supply, bottle flushing and etc.. The water supply is controlled by electrical equipment through the solenoid valve, and the bottle clamp is made of high quality stainless steel precision casting, with compact structure.
2.1.4 Juice filling system: This part mainly includes filling cylinder, filling valve, bottle holder and CAM lifting mechanism. The filling valve is made of 304 stainless steel, and the seal is made of special stainless steel.
2.1.5 Sealing system: This part mainly includes sealing aluminum ring and sealing copper parts, bottle holder and CAM lifting mechanism, etc.,. This sealing adopts electric heating sealing. Each seal is equipped with independent temperature control display, automatic alarm can locate the fault location when the temperature is too low or seal failure, with great help on quickly maintenance.
