Aluminum Can Filling Machine---1000BPH

This machine is an aluminum can filling and seaming equipment designed and manufactured by our company based on the introduction, digestion and absorption of Swiss aluminum can filling and seaming technology. It is widely applicable to the filling and seaming of aluminum cans for beer and carbonated beverages. The machine features compact structure, stable operation and attractive appearance.

 

The whole machine adopts bottom-support conveying, ensuring stable line conveying. It is controlled by PLC and operated via touch screen.

 

The filling principle is low negative pressure gravity filling. The filling valves adopt high-precision mechanical valves, featuring fast filling speed and high liquid level accuracy. The machine realizes filling only when cans are present and stops filling when no cans are detected. The structure combines a filling valve port guiding device with a bottom-support lifting mechanism, which maximizes the stability of cans entering and exiting the filler. The filling tank is supported by a worm gear box for height adjustment to accommodate cans of different heights. A liquid level float switch inside the filling tank ensures stable liquid inflow.

 

2. Technical Features

1. The filling valves adopt high-precision mechanical valves, with fast filling speed and high liquid level accuracy.
2. The filling tank is a sealed tank made of 304L stainless steel for isobaric filling.
3. The flow rate of the filling valve is greater than 125 ml/s.
4. The main drive adopts a combination of timing belt and open gearbox transmission, featuring high efficiency and low noise.
5. The main drive is equipped with variable frequency stepless speed regulation, and the whole machine is controlled by PLC industrial computer. The seamer is connected to the filler via a coupling to ensure synchronization between the two machines.
6. Equipped with the function of filling only when cans are present and stopping filling when no cans are detected.
7. Isobaric filling mode is adopted to reduce contact between air and materials, increase filling speed and prevent dripping. A vacuum device is equipped.
8. The can seaming technology adopts a complete set of technology imported from Rerrum (Switzerland).
9. The seaming rolls are made of high-hardness alloy steel with quenching treatment (HRC > 62). The seaming curves are precisely processed by optical profile grinding to ensure seaming quality. The can guiding system can be adjusted according to different can sizes.
10. The machine is equipped with a control system that feeds lids only when cans are present and stops feeding when no cans are detected, ensuring normal operation.
11. The whole machine is equipped with CIP cleaning function.
12. The whole machine is equipped with a centralized lubrication system.
