The main body of this equipment is made of 1.0mm thick 304 stainless steel, with an internal passage made of 1.5mm anti-slip plate, equipped with a high-efficiency air filtration system. It uses at least 20 air knives to form a high-efficiency air circulation, effectively removing dust, hair, and other contaminants from personnel and materials. The PLC intelligent control system integrates infrared sensing and text display, with a 380V AC variable frequency drive for precise air volume adjustment. The direct mode supports simultaneous opening of multiple doors, enhancing the efficiency of air showering while ensuring the cleanliness of the production environment.
