Air Knife Dryer CB-200

After the capped bottles are inspected, they are dried by our company's blow dryer. Two sets of our company's special wind knives are installed on the conveyor belt before the bottle (set) is labeled. The turbine fan is used to provide the wind source, and the vortex air pump generates pressure wind. After passing through the blowing port of the wind knife, a high-speed wind curtain is formed to blow the two sides of the bottle from top to bottom. Blow off the water droplets on the bottle body, which is convenient for the labeling and packing of the bottle (set). It not only solves the quality problem of water outside the bottle body, but also effectively ensures the dryness of the bottle body before film packaging.

High-speed wind blows into the wind trough to cause the wind tunnel effect, enhance and maintain high wind speed, and make it easier to blow away moisture.
The wind generated by the vortex air pump is warm wind (can increase 10-20℃), which can enhance the drying effect.
The wind trough can be easily adjusted according to the diameter and height of the bottle/can, making the efficiency better and easier to adjust.
Use 304 stainless steel (materials that meet food hygiene requirements) for air troughs and a variety of other accessories.
