Aeros has produced a number of high precision cutting mixing head.
This production technique was very expensive in the past , but now Aeros was able to offer these types of mixing heads at very competitive prices. The main reason for using high precision cutting mixing heads is to avoid welding / soldering to the mixing pins.
The advantages of producing mixing head rotors and stators with High precision cutting are as follows:
· The Aeros mixing head is the mixing head which has really no welds or soldering in the mixing part of the mixing head’s rotor & stator.
· Much stronger design as the head is made out of one piece and therefore suitable to be used for more viscous products
