1.1 Overview:

1.2  Main performance features:

1.2.1 Mainframe:Machine body is welding by steel structure, supported by SUS304 adjustable feet, surface coating with 304 stainless steel layer for anti-corrosion function.

1.2.2 Rotary Rinser :There are 24 bottle rinsing heads. The bottle rinsing cramps are of SUS304 clipping structure, which is out of touch of the screw thread of bottle mouth, with stable bottle clipping and high-efficient bottle rinsing.  

  

1.2.3 Rotary Filler: There are 24 filling valves which is bigger than normal filling machine. The parts with contact to product are made of SUS304. The outer and inner surfaces of filling cylinder have been treated by mirror finish,and filling cylinder is aseptic treatment. High speed and large flow, high precision filling valve, filling speed, accurate liquid level.

1.2.4 Rotary Capper:There are 8 capping heads, rotary capper by French AROL company, capping magnetic screw cap, with overload protection function, and the screwing torque is stable and reliable. No bite cover cover, high cover, crooked cover, curling situation. SUS304 cover slide, slide cover is installed on the photoelectric switch, automatic control sorting machine start and stop. It can realize no bottle no cover, no cover automatic stop function. The cap sorting device is installed in the test cover device with transmission cover machine can realize the automatic transmission cover.

           

1.2.5 Cap Feeder: It is of horizontal pneumatic cap feeder. The cap storage device and the cap sliding slot are made of SUS304. There is electronic inspection system for the cap storage device and the cap sliding slot to control the speed of cap sending device and the whole system automatically. It will not deliver cap and stop automatically if there is no bottle.

1.2.6 Driving System: It is with frequency control of motor speed. All of the running mechanism are driven by gears, with stable running. The gears of each star wheels are oil nylon gears.

1.2.7 Control System and Operating Panel: Sealed independent electric control box, stainless steel material, imported PLC, frequency converter, relay, photoelectric switch, induction switch, relay component, touch screen operation panel, imported pneumatic components

1.2.8 Centralized grease lubrication system: The whole machine adopts centralized grease lubrication system, which makes the equipment maintenance and maintenance more convenient.

1.3 Equipment application Scope: This equipment is special for water and beverage filling, applicable bottle type is:

1.4 Requirements for water, electricity, and gas

1.4.1The water quality of washing and filling shall meet the national drinking water hygiene standards, and the pressure, flow rate and temperature of washing and filling water shall meet the technical requirements of the equipment, namely:

1.4.2 The device must be connected to a three-phase, four-wire AC380V 50Hz AC power supply, using 4X6mm2 cable, which is incorporated into the ground cable.

1.4.3 The bring in compressed air through every parts except cylinder parts of this filling machine should be clean air without oil and water, and its pressure and flow rate should meet the technical requirements of the equipment, namely:

1.4.4 Equipment lubrication: All meshing gears, bearings, reducers, matching splines and bushings of the equipment shall be lubricated.Calcium sodium base grease (ZGN-2, ZBE3600-88) is used for meshing gear, bearing, matching spline and bushing; MobilPTEFM220 lubricating oil is used for reducer and oil filling cup.The interval for adding grease is two months, the interval for adding reducer oil is one year, and the interval for adding oil cup oil is three months. The bearing lubrication of the equipment adopts centralized lubrication, and the calcium and sodium base grease stored in the oil tank.

2. Automatic Cap Feeder

 

2.1 Description

The hopper cap up from below the storage, along the conveyor belt or chain lift to the top, bypassing the top round after the turn down the bucket elevator material poured into the groove to receiving slot. Belt drive bucket conveyor belt is generally used rubber belt, installed in the upper or lower drive roller and the upper and lower turnabout rollers.

Part II  Equipment Transportation and Installation

1. Packing

The machine uses wood packing box to pack the body. Many parts are firmly connected with the packing box base. Among them, the cap tidying device, conveyor chain and supporting feet, spare parts and other scattered parts are packed or fixed in the wooden packing box, and all parts are packaged with plastic film.

2. Delivery

Do not tilt or invert the packing case. When hoisting, the tilt of the whole machine cannot be more than 10 degrees.

3. Equipment Installation

3.1 Installation of main engine, conveyor chain and air duct

Install the main machine according to the layout plan, adjust the anchor bolts of the 3-in-1 main machine to keep them level, stable and reliable, and check whether the fastening bolts on the device are loose.The conveyor chain, air duct and its legs are respectively installed, and connected with the main machine, then adjust the height.A water source is set up near the three-in-one machine, and a drainage ditch is dug around it for cleaning equipment and discharging wastewater.

3.2 Air Supply Connection

The compressed air access equipment with pneumatic three components, that is, φ10 hose inserted into the equipment hose fast plug, and adjust pressure regulation by regulator. The input pressure is about 0.7MPa, compressed air volume is 0.6m3/min, adjust the output pressure to 0.6MPa.

3.3 Water connection

Flushing inlet pipe: the water pressure is 0.15-0.2MPa. Filling inlet pipe: the water pressure is 0.25-0.4MPa. The drain pipe can be connected with a plastic hose and then run it into the drain.

3.4 Power connection

The machine must be connected with three-phase four-wire 380V, 50Hz AC power supply, using 3×6mm2+1× 4mm2 cable, and connected with grounding cable, make the machine reliably grounded.

 Part III Equipment Adjustment

According to the operation direction of each part of the equipment shown in the process flow chart in the appendix, click the switch to check whether the operation direction and sound room are normal, and the equipment can be adjusted only after the check is correct.

1. The star wheel adjustment

The spacing between the clip plate and the upper plate is suitable for the filling bottleneck, with  maximum clearance at 0.5mm. If the star wheel is out of sync, loosen the 8 bolts of the inner ring as shown in the following figure, rotate clockwise to adjust the card plate and star wheel, and tighten the bolts after adjustment.

2. Filling machine adjustment

To lower or raise the liquid level in the bottle, user can loosen the inner ring as shown in the following figure:

2.1 Loosen the nuts and bolts

2.2 Turn screw rod, lowering (or raising) the canning cylinder

2.3 Reduce (or increase) the bottle mouth adjustment pad

After adjustment, the fastener links should be tightened in time.

Part IV  Fault analysis and troubleshooting

The bottle does not input properly or shake

Bottle quality problem;

Check bottle weight;

Bottle crowed when star wheel in and out;

Adjust bottle crowed when star wheel in and out;

The star wheel positioning plate is not synchronized or problem of higher or lower;

Adjust the star wheel positioning plate to synchronize or right height;

The bottle flushing does not flush properly

Water leakage in distributor;

Compress the air spring;

Insufficient flushing pressure;

Check pipes for foreign matter;

Abnormal filling

Filling valve not open enough;

Adjust filling valve opening;

Foreign matter in filling valve;

Remove foreign matter in filling valve;

Filling valve return air is not smooth;

Remove foreign matter in filling valve return pipe;

Bottle mouth size and shape are not standard;

Remove nonconforming bottles;

Overall lifting camshaft is out of level;

Adjust overall lifting camshaft level;

Filling valve dripping

Filling valve main spring pressure is insufficient;

Replace the filling valve main spring;

O-ring seal is damaged;

Replace the O-ring seal

Bottle in and out not smooth

Bottle in and out guard bar displacement;

Adjust bottle in and out guard bar;

The bottle in and out star wheel is not synchronized with the filling machine;
