The air smart dryer and multi-layer drying line are batch, continuous production drying equipment widely used for dehydrating and drying industrial materials such as fruit and vegetable chips, dehydrated vegetables, and traditional Chinese medicine. Operating Principle:

The material is transported to the drying area via a mesh conveyor belt. As the conveyor belt runs, the material temperature gradually rises to the set temperature, and the moist air is discharged to the outside through a dehumidification fan. The hot air circulation system draws air from one side of the drying area, passes it through a heat exchanger, and is pressurized by a centrifugal fan before passing it through the material on the other side, achieving the desired drying effect. The circulating fan is a high-temperature resistant axial flow fan, making it easy to maintain and replace. The equipment is equipped with a single-unit control cabinet and PLC program control.
