Inner Barrel Rinsing & Automatic Barrel Unloading (Horizontal Barrel Dismounting First, Then 90° Vertical Barrel Unloading)
This process is realized by a barrel washing machine, with the working principles as follows:
When the photoelectric sensor installed at the tail of the machine detects the barrels delivered by the barrel loading mechanical arm, the internal barrel conveying mechanism starts to operate and transports the barrels to the first rinsing station, then the mechanism stops working. The inner rinsing adopts 8 rows of lift-type inner rinsing with 16 independently controlled stations and 5 water tanks, with the maximum rinsing time of 18 seconds.
Multi-stage high-pressure pumps are adopted as the rinsing water pumps and installed inside the machine body, featuring an elegant overall appearance and convenient maintenance and overhaul.
Rinsing Station 1: Isolation and Draining
Rinsing Station 2: Circulating Pure Water Rinsing
This station serves as a pre-rinsing process to initially flush out impurities inside the barrels and prevent contamination of subsequent processes.
Rinsing Stations 3-4: Heated Caustic Washing
① 24Kw electric heating tubes are adopted, capable of heating up to 65℃; ② Heated caustic washing can effectively rinse off dirt inside the barrels; ③ A fast reflux structure is equipped to effectively prevent heat diffusion and save energy; ④ Air exhaust outlets are installed above the stations to discharge mist; ⑤ High-pressure rinsing is adopted, with water pumps installed inside the machine body for an elegant overall appearance and convenient maintenance and overhaul.
Rinsing Stations 5-6: Return Water Rinsing
① Effectively clean residual lye inside the barrels to avoid acid-base neutralization; ② Reduce the temperature of the barrel body to effectively prevent cracking, deformation and other defects caused by excessive temperature.
Rinsing Station 7: Isolation and Draining
Rinsing Stations 8-12: High-Concentration Disinfectant Rinsing
Disinfectant is circulated to rinse the inside of the barrels and kill microorganisms and bacteria. High-pressure rinsing is adopted, with water pumps installed at the lower part of the machine body for an elegant overall appearance and convenient maintenance and overhaul.
Rinsing Station 13: Recovery Station
It centrally recovers residual disinfectant, effectively reducing production costs and improving disinfection and sterilization effects.
Rinsing Stations 14-15: Sterile Water Rinsing
High-pressure rinsing is adopted, with water pumps installed at the lower part of the machine body for an elegant overall appearance and convenient maintenance and overhaul.
Rinsing Station 16: Isolation and Draining
Circulating liquid chemicals are recovered through side flow with double-layer filtration, facilitating sampling and detection. A low liquid level alarm and shutdown device is specially equipped for each water tank.
Rinsing stops when the chain moves; double-layer water anti-backflow partitions are adopted to prevent water cross-contamination.
Barrels are unloaded by a mechanical arm in a stable and noiseless manner. The machine is adaptable to various barrels produced in different regions with no barrel jamming issues.
