This diesel generator set is used as an emergency power supply for critical loads, with the following operating requirements:
- Under normal conditions, the diesel generator set shall be in a standby start-up state at all times and capable of carrying 100% load within 15 seconds.
- An interlocking device shall be installed between the unit and the power system to prevent parallel operation.
- The fault-free operation interval of the unit shall be no less than 1,000 hours.
a) Under specified environmental conditions and with qualified fuel, the diesel generator set shall provide the rated power as required in this specification, with 10% overload capacity for 1 hour every 12 hours of operation.b) Under stable conditions of any load, the voltage deviation shall be within ±0.5% of the rated value, and the frequency deviation shall be within ±0.25% of the rated value.c) Under transient conditions from no-load to full load, the voltage shall not be lower than 80% of the rated value, and the frequency shall not be lower than 90% of the rated value. The diesel engine and generator shall be installed on the same foundation, and the chassis shall be equipped with built-in vibration dampers to absorb unit vibration.d) The diesel engine shall be of high-speed exhaust turbocharging type, four-stroke, with closed-circuit water cooling. It shall be capable of quick start-up, reaching rated speed rapidly, and carrying full load immediately. The diesel engine shall be started by a DC motor.e) The fuel allowed for the diesel engine is 0# light diesel oil, and the lubricating oil shall be of CD grade.f) The closed-circuit cooling water system shall include a circulating water pump, radiator, radiator bracket, and blower fan.g) The lubrication system shall include an engine oil cooler, full-flow engine oil filter, and oil level gauge.h) The synchronous generator shall be horizontal, with a drip-proof sealed housing and sealed sleeve bearings.i) The stator and rotor shall adopt Class H insulation. The generator shall be capable of continuous operation under a temperature rise of 125°C without affecting the guaranteed service life of the unit.j) The generator shall be three-phase four-wire, 380V, 50Hz, star (Y)-connected, 4-pole, with a single-bearing permanent magnet brushless self-excitation system and AVR (Automatic Voltage Regulator). It shall be brushless and capable of withstanding 300% short-circuit current for 10 seconds.k) The unit shall be started by a DC motor. The starting equipment shall include a starter motor, battery, and charger. The battery capacity shall meet the start-up requirements of the diesel generator set, and it shall be capable of starting the diesel generator set continuously for 5 times after being fully charged and disconnected from the charging power supply.l) The exhaust system shall include a high-efficiency industrial exhaust muffler and flexible connecting pipe.n) The fuel system shall adopt an advanced fuel injection control system to meet environmental protection requirements.o) Each generator set shall be equipped with a control panel to meet all requirements for unit start-up, monitoring, adjustment, and shutdown. The control panel shall be operated from the front and have a closed housing, including an emergency stop button.
