When the photoelectric eye located at the tail of the machine body detects the barrels sent by the upper barrel manipulator, the barrel conveying mechanism inside the machine starts to work, sending the bottles to the first rinsing station, and the barrel conveying mechanism stops working. The internal flushing adopts 12 independently controlled 4-row high-pressure internal spray washes, with a maximum flushing time of 15 seconds.
The flushing water pump adopts a multi-stage high-pressure pump, which is placed inside the machine body. The overall appearance is elegant and generous, and it is convenient for maintenance and repair.
