This equipment is controlled by PLC. Barrels are conveyed to the rinsing station by the conveyor belt, and after being inducted by the photoelectric switch, the stopping cylinder operates to hold 4 barrels in place. Then, the barrel-pushing cylinder pushes the barrels into the clamps, and at the same time, the barrel-ejecting cylinder and the barrel-pushing cylinder retract synchronously. When the barrels reach the clamp position, the clamps clamp the barrel mouths under the control of the cylinder. Subsequently, the main shaft cylinder pushes the gear to flip 180 degrees; when the main shaft cylinder is fully extended, the barrel mouths are aligned with the rinsing nozzles, and the rinsing pump starts for rinsing. After rinsing, the main shaft flips again to turn the barrels back to their original position. Then, the barrel-ejecting cylinder and the barrel-pushing cylinder push the barrels to the conveyor belt synchronously again, and the barrels are conveyed to the filling station.
