High degree of automationEquipped with a servo system, the machine automatically transports bottles fixed in positioning molds on the conveyor line to the rinsing and filling positions, and conveys bottles out after completion. The whole production process runs automatically. Except for bottle loading, capping and cartoning, all other procedures are fully automated.

Wide application rangeThe conveyor adopts a bottle positioning mold structure, and bottle rinsing, filling and capping adopt neck clamping design. It is compatible with bottles of various shapes and sizes, and the filling volume can be adjusted conveniently.

Scientific and reasonable filling structureCO₂ is injected from the bottle bottom to exhaust internal air. Beer is discharged through a long filling nozzle extending to the bottle bottom, effectively avoiding foaming and overflow during filling. The return gas is led to the return tank instead of the conventional filling tank, which greatly reduces the PPO content of beer.

Fully enclosed structureThe whole machine adopts a closed design. An air purification device is installed on the top, and UV lamps are equipped at the filling area to minimize beer pollution from the external environment.

Complete CIP cleaning systemAll parts in contact with beer are made of high-quality stainless steel. CO₂ pipelines also adopt premium stainless steel pipes, which resist high-temperature cleaning liquid and leave no sanitary dead corners.
