The heater adopts high-qualityinfrared lamps and independent heatingcontrol device. The strong penetrating power ofinfrared rays and theconstant temperature control system make preforms evenly heated. lt'shigh in efficiency and low in energy consumption.Each heating lamp has a voltage regulator to control the voltage of eachheating tube to ensure its normal operation. The voltage can be easily andconveniently monitored and adjusted by the qualitytemperature-controlled meter. Adopting high quality German SemikronSilicon Controlled Rectifier, the temperature controlling is accurate andstable.The heater adopts air-cooled and water-cooled design to ensure that theneck of the heated preform won' t deform.

1. Heating System:

2. Cooling Water Circulation System:

   • A cooling water channel under the heating box.

   • When the preform is heated, the cooling water channel blocks the heat of the lamp to prevent preform mouth deformation.

   • Another cooling water channel for cooling the mold, improving the productivity of the whole machine.

3. Servo System:

   • The heating chain is driven by the servo motor to make the heating unit stable during movement.

   • Fast positioning, low noise, clamping drive, servo motor control, energy saving, high speed and stability, low noise.

4. Heating Ovens System:

   • Simple and easy to adjust overall structure.

   • Heating lamp holders of each layer are quickly adjusted and positioned.

   • Temperature control area for different bottle types to adjust the efficiency of the operator to change the bottle size.
