Zhuoye Manganese Steel Casters
01 Surface Plastic Spraying Process
The surface adopts a plastic spraying process, achieving a corrosion and rust resistance grade of Level 8. In comparison, traditional galvanizing only reaches Level 1, and electrophoretic treatment only reaches Level 2. Zhuoye casters are more suitable for use in harsh environments with high humidity and strong acidity/alkalinity.

02 Bracket
Thickened steel frame with high-strength rivets, enabling the caster to support heavier loads.
03 Bracket Bearings
The bracket rotation uses a thrust bearing + flat bearing combination, making the bracket rotation more flexible.
04 Lubricating Grease
Uses molybdenum disulfide lubricating grease, which provides better lubrication performance than ordinary grease and operates reliably even in harsh environments.
