1.1 Blowing port and air duct bottom plate
The blowing channel is on the two sides, and no other wind guide device is required inside the air duct. The blowing port is simple, easy to clean, reliable and stable.
The blowing port and the air duct bottom plate are the most important parts of the air duct, and are strictly controlled during the entire production and assembly process.
1.2 Bottle clamping bar
The bottle clamping bar hangs the bottle in the blowing channel and guides the transmission of the bottle. Yichun Company has developed the ultra-high molecular wear-resistant NG49 bottle clamping strip jointly with foreign professional engineering plastic manufacturers. Its good sliding, wear resistance, and impact resistance are a great success after we fully mastered the transmission characteristics of PET bottles.
The AST bottle clamping strip is produced in the United States. Based on 14,000 bottles/hour, Yichun Company guarantees that the service life of the bottle clamping strip in the straight section of the wind trough is ≥15,000 hours; the company guarantees that the service life of the bottle clamping strip in the wind trough bend and the separation and confluence section is ≥9,000 hours.

1.3 Manual bottle blocking rod
The bottle blocking rod is an important component to ensure the smooth transmission of bottles. Its composition is: square aluminum alloy blocking rod inlaid with nylon strip.
It is more suitable for the production of a single bottle type. To meet the needs of multiple bottle types, the screw needs to be manually adjusted.
1.4 Bottle clamping device
Due to the great instability of the transmission of a single bottle, Yichun uses group transmission in the transmission of bottles to reduce the risk of bottle blockage. Therefore, we have equipped this device in many places of the air conveying line (see Yichun's design drawing for details)
1.5 Bottle drop device
The bottle drop device is installed at the position of the bottle clamping bar. When not in motion, it plays the role of the bottle clamping bar. When in motion, it separates to both sides to release the bottles on the line. This device can handle the dangerous accumulation of too many bottles on the air conveying line.
The bottle drop device is mainly composed of pneumatic components of well-known domestic brand cylinders (using imported sealing rings) and SICK brand photoelectric switches.
1.6 Hinge segment
The mechanism adopts the parallelogram principle to keep the inlet or outlet horizontal and smoothly enter and exit the bottles. The height-adjustable air duct is a necessary transition section between plane conveying and air conveying. It is mainly used in the upper and lower platforms, bottle washing machines, and before and after the labeling machine. It can adapt to different bottle types by adjusting its height relative to the plane conveying. It can be easily adjusted when the bottle type is changed. Its maximum adjustment range is 255 MM. According to the transmission direction, there are starting height-adjustable air ducts and end height-adjustable air ducts.
1.7 Ventilation and filtration device
Use 2.2kw 2p carbon steel fan, voltage level 380v, speed 2900 rpm (50Hz), conveying air pressure 800-1300 Pa, rated air volume 2500-2800m3/hour, fan spacing of about 7-8 meters, fan equipped with air volume regulator, air volume manually mechanically (air volume regulator) adjustable, no inverter configuration.
A primary filter is installed at the air inlet of the fan. Filtration level G4 weight method 85% (aluminum profile frame, filter can be quickly replaced and repeatedly cleaned).
