150 Barrel Washing, Filling and Capping Integrated Machine
1. Equipment Composition
This machine consists of alkaline solution washing unit, disinfectant washing unit, circulating water tank, rinsing pump, rinsing system, capping feeder, capping unit, transmission system and electric control system.
2. Working Principle
Buckets cleaned by the external washing machine are delivered to the bucket loading station of the rinsing unit by the bucket loader. The photoelectric sensor detects and feeds one bucket into the station, while the bucket stop cylinder blocks the remaining buckets outside. The pushing cylinder of the bucket loader shifts the bucket onto the turnover frame, which turns the bucket to a horizontal position.
After the turnover cylinder is in place, the loading cylinder pushes the bucket into the bucket holder. The plastic bucket on the holder rotates 90° upward along with the chain, turning from horizontal to upside down with the bung facing downward, and then enters the stations for alkaline solution, disinfectant and sterile water rinsing.
After thorough rinsing and disinfection, the shifting pusher moves the bucket to the filling station. Once positioned, the filling cylinder lowers the positioning mechanism to clamp the bucket neck. The filling pump starts and the filling valve opens for filling. The valve closes when the preset filling time is reached.
Upon completion of filling, the positioning mechanism rises. The conveyor motor operates to transport the filled bucket out of the filling station. The bucket then passes through the cap feeder for cap placement, followed by automatic compression by the capping head. The compression force can be adjusted by regulating the air pressure of the pressure reducing valve. The whole filling and capping process is thus completed.
