The KFB Series aseptic carton filler is designed to fill sterilized liquid foods into pre-sterilized packaging materials under aseptic conditions, simultaneously completing sealing and forming to extend product shelf life.

Integrating advanced domestic and international aseptic concepts, the KFB Series introduces the innovative “Four-Layer Aseptic Safeguard” technology. This ensures that every key performance indicator—sterility assurance level, production stability and degree of automation—meets or exceeds the industry benchmark for comparable equipment worldwide. Consequently, the machine is ideal for producing neutral beverages such as pure cow’s milk, goat’s milk, soy milk and plant-protein drinks.

Featuring an integrated mechanical, electrical and pneumatic design, the machine holds six national patents.
