Linear Bottle Unscramblers
This automatic bottle feeding machine, named UNSCRAMBLER, is a versatile machine used to feed empty PET bottles at high speed. It is designed to meet the production requirements of liquor, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, oil, mineral water, food, beverages, household products, chemicals and other industries.
The unscrambler solves the pain points of low efficiency and cumbersome operation of manual bottle feeding/loading. Its fast change-over design enables it to handle a wide range of containers quickly and efficiently. The core working process is as follows:
- Empty bottles are dumped into the hopper and transported to the rotating disc through the escalator/elevator. A belt directional lever or cantilever is provided to keep the bottles in a single horizontal row in the rotating disc, which is designed according to the shape and size of the bottles.
- Bottles in a single horizontal row then enter the main machine, which is controlled by beita of different types/sizes (i.e. bottle neck leading or trailing). A special pneumatically controlled centration device ensures all bottles are in the same direction/uni-direction, and adjusts the horizontally positioned bottles from bidirectional movement to unidirectional horizontal movement.
- These bottles are then turned 90 degrees to get upright (converted from horizontal to vertical pattern) through the movement and differential speed of the belts. The bottles are then placed on the slat chain conveyor in an upright/vertical position by the belts.
- This conveyor can be directly connected to the conveyor of the rinsing/filling machine. A conveyor with blower (optional) is available for bottles with inbuilt neck and for fast feeding applications.
