The steam shrink tunnel, as an essential component at the back end of the sleeve labeling machine, is usually used in conjunction with the sleeve labeling machine equipment. It is widely used due to its wide shrinkage range and more aesthetically pleasing shrinkage effect. With the increasing demand for equipment production capacity in the market, the steam shrink tunnel is no exception. Higher requirements have been placed on its shrinkage capacity and effect. 1. The entire body is made of double-layer high-quality stainless steel, providing double-layer insulation and reducing heat loss;
2. It adopts a dual-chamber independent high and low-temperature shrinkage area, allowing for temperature adjustment according to different bottle types, especially designed for high-demand bottle types in the market;
3. The surface temperature of the heated part of the furnace body complies with standards (not exceeding 45°C);
4. The steam regulating valve is equipped with scale markings (as shown in the upper left figure) for easy adjustment when changing different bottle types.
