The Model 6YL-121 (Raw Pressing) Screw Oil Press Machine is an upgraded version developed based on the positive market feedback of Model 6YL-120 and 6YL-130 oil press machines. It is further refined to meet customers’ demands for higher output and better quality—with an expanded press chamber size, optimized screw design, sleek appearance, and easy operation, making it an ideal choice for small and medium-sized oil factories.
The machine is mainly composed of the following components: feed hopper, gearbox, press cage, press screw, bar row, cake outlet, front head, frame, oil cylinder, vacuum pump, and motor.
The machine utilizes the continuous advancement of the press screw to push the oilseed embryo inside the press chamber. As the spatial volume inside the press chamber gradually decreases, the oilseed embryo is subjected to significant extrusion force. This force squeezes oil out of the embryo, which then drains through the gaps of the bar row. After deep filtration by the oil cylinder, the oil can be directly barreled for edible use.
