Working Principle: The machine mainly consists of an import-export device, drum, vertical shaft, horizontal shaft, frame, speed measurement device, braking device, and electric motor. It uses a centrifugal pump structure for discharge, and the separated material is directly transported to downstream equipment through the centrifugal pump. The drum has undergone precise dynamic balancing verification, and the power transmission uses frequency conversion starting, which is smooth, prevents overloading, has low vibration, and is safe and reliable. The operation is simple and convenient. All bearings used in the equipment are of the Swedish SKF brand, ensuring the operational precision of the equipment. After the machine is equipped with a PLC control system, it can achieve programmed operation. After starting at full speed, allow the operating water to enter the sealing chamber, causing the piston to rise and close the sludge discharge port. Then introduce the separation material, which enters the disc separation area inside the drum through the feed pipe. Under the action of the centrifugal force field, the impurity particles gather along the inner surface of the disc to the inner wall of the drum. When they gather to a certain extent, allow the operating water to enter the opening chamber, causing the piston to drop and open the sludge discharge port. The impurities are discharged from the drum through the sludge discharge port and expelled outside the machine by the sludge collector; meanwhile, the light liquid phase gathers towards the center of the drum and is expelled outside the machine by the centrifugal pump, completing a cycle. Allow the operating water enter to the sealing chamber, causing the piston to rise and close the sludge discharge port... and so on, in cycles.
