Automatic barrel loading
The automatic bucket loading is achieved by a simple mechanical hand (driven by a cylinder) : when the electric eye senses the bucket sent from the bucket outside the bucket washing machine by the conveyor chain, the mechanical hand starts to work, automatically transferring the bucket from the conveyor chain to the bucket washing machine, and then flips the cylinder to start working, moving the empty bucket to the inner bucket washing machine. This system is equipped with a barrel-loading and barrel-punching device, which avoids the problem of incomplete barrel-insertion and achieves a 100% barrel-loading rate.
