Installation Precautions of YS-ZB-2 fully automatic heat shrink machine
• The machine must be installed horizontally; otherwise, the lifespan of the heating element will be shortened. For conveyor belt machines, tilted installation will cause the conveyor belt to deviate from the center.
• After the machine has been used continuously for more than three months, the heat-resistant wiring in the shrink chamber should be inspected and replaced as needed based on its degree of aging.
• When the machine is operating, operators must not allow their hands or other body parts to come into contact with the moving parts, especially since the temperature inside the shrink chamber is extremely high and burns can easily occur.
• After packaging is completed, the heating switch should be turned off first, and the conveyor motor and fan motor should continue to run for about 10 minutes before disconnecting the entire power supply.
