VMV forged bellows seal gate valves offer the advantages of standard bellows gate valves while providing a more uniform structure, superior density, tighter dimensional tolerances, and better structural integrity compared to castings.
The directional grain flow ensures higher performance in overall strength and stress resistance than cast components. In environments with severe stress and intergranular corrosion, this valve guarantees long service life and trouble-free performance.
The valve features a rigid integral martensitic stainless steel wedge paired with an austenitic stainless steel seat for excellent wear and corrosion resistance and enhanced sealing performance.
All bellows are 100% fugitive emission tested according to ISO 15848 Class A before leaving the factory; all bellows assemblies and valves are 100% tested to Class A standards to ensure zero leakage.
