At the 138th Canton Fair, a technology feast is underway. Some big exhibits may become excellent tools for solving global industrial pain points, and waves of transactions are a strong affirmation of Chinese wisdom.

In front of the booth of the Foshan-based Qituo Import and Export Co, a buyer remarked, “We are looking for environmentally friendly solutions for lake tourism, and the zero-emission, low-noise electric pontoon boat is tailor-made!”
The powerful yet flexible tugboat, the comfortable and pleasant yacht, and the low-noise electric pontoon boat presented by the company outline a transformation of Chinese equipment from “making tools” to “creating scenarios”.
Scenario displays can be seen at various booths. At the Guangdong Zhixing Machinery Co., Ltd. booth, the ZX-919 and ZX-929 series screw-type powder packaging machines seamlessly perform metering, filling, and sealing with millimeter-level precision. "We're looking for this kind of precision and efficiency!" exclaimed a European buyer.

In addition to precision, energy saving and quietness have become core competitive advantages. Guangdong Texus Electromechanical Equipment Co., Ltd. has made "energy saving and quietness" a quantifiable performance indicator. Its permanent magnet variable frequency screw air compressors consume 6%-7% less energy than conventional motors, while keeping noise levels below 65 decibels. "Nearly one-third energy savings—it's incredible!" exclaimed a Middle Eastern buyer.

The booth of Xuzhou, Jiangsu province-based Dayi is “unconventional” — there is no physical hydraulic machine on display, yet the promotional brochures and product videos alone have attracted frequent visits from global buyers. On the first day, it received over 40 batches of domestic and international buyers, with eight buyers expressing clear cooperation intentions on the spot.
“I previously thought I had to see the real machine to feel secure in discussions, but your brochure explains the equipment details so thoroughly!” said an Indian buyer.
At the booth of Jiangsu Fenghai New Energy Seawater Desalination Development, a model of a Maldivian island new energy seawater desalination system presents the technology’s implementation effects, with the cost of desalinating each metric ton of water being only about 8 yuan ($1.12), saving more than 50 percent of energy compared to traditional equipment.

A buyer from a German car modification club, watching a modification part from a Xuzhou-based import and export trade company, said: “Heat dissipation design of the turbocharger kit is fantastic. It can boost our team’s racing car power by another 20 percent!”
Since the start of the fair, the trade company has reached cooperation with buyers from eight countries and regions, including the Middle East, the United States and Japan, with intended transaction amounts exceeding 5 million yuan. An Australian outdoor car club booked the annual capacity of a product designed specifically for off-road vehicles, with the order amount exceeding 2 million yuan.

At the booth of a Zhejiang-based communication technology company, which is called Baitong, buyers gathered around a half-person-high satellite antenna. According to the company, this big piece, capable of ultra-long-distance signal transmission, is resistant to coastal high-salinity climates, can maintain its color and avoid rusting for three years, and withstands strong winds.
“Inquiries from Middle Eastern buyers have doubled compared to the previous session! A Saudi customer decided on the spot, with signal test data in hand, to install our products in local communication base stations,” said a representative of the company.
The CT17 and CT26 mini excavators brought by Shandong Carter Heavy Industry Machinery are eye-catching. A Dutch buyer said: “Many municipal projects and courtyard renovations in Europe need such flexible equipment. Your product’s appearance design fits our aesthetic, and the performance parameters look good too.”

A Shaanxi province-based technology company arranged three small technical salons daily during the Canton Fair to directly address buyers’ needs. “This exhibition made us deeply feel the unique value of the Canton Fair as an international trade platform. Through in-depth one-on-one exchanges with many high-quality buyers on-site, we have built trust and strengthened our confidence in deeply cultivating the international market,” said a representative of the company.
